1. Operator and scope
These Terms govern access to and use of the SalusV website (the “Website”). SalusV is the trading name displayed on this Website. The operator may be contacted at salusvitae.v3@proton.me. These Terms govern use of the Website only; they are not terms of sale.
2. Acceptance and eligibility
By selecting “Enter Website”, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and are aged 18 years or over. Access is intended for professional research organisations. An age declaration or institutional self-declaration is not verification of identity, professional status or eligibility.
3. Research information only
Content is provided for general institutional research information and does not constitute medical advice, prescribing information, an offer to supply, a quotation or a contract. Investigational compounds discussed on the Website may not be authorised medicines. No content is intended to encourage human or veterinary administration, self-medication or other unlawful use.
4. Catalogue, documentation and analytical data
Descriptions, concentrations, ingredient compositions, photographs and indicative prices may be updated without notice. Supplier laboratory reports relate to the samples, identifiers and analytical parameters expressly stated in the relevant report. They do not by themselves establish sterility, safety, suitability for human use or the identity and quality of every unit of stock. Any discrepancy should be raised with SalusV before reliance on the information.
5. Shortlist and enquiries
The shortlist is a local browsing convenience and is not a shopping basket or order. Its indicative totals, including the fixed £7.00 postage charge shown in the shortlist and in WhatsApp enquiries, do not constitute binding prices or offers and remain subject to confirmation by SalusV. Promotional discounts shown on the website apply only until the end date stated on the promotion. Copying a shortlist or opening WhatsApp does not place an order, reserve inventory, create a supply obligation or establish eligibility. WhatsApp is a third-party service governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
6. Acceptable use
You must use the Website lawfully and must not interfere with its security, availability or operation; scrape or republish content without permission; impersonate an institution; or submit inaccurate or misleading statements of eligibility. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, compliance or misuse prevention.
7. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the SalusV name, visual identity, page design, original text and owned imagery are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. No licence is granted except the limited right to view the Website for lawful internal evaluation. Third-party trademarks and documents remain the property of their respective owners.

We take reasonable care when maintaining the Website but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular research purpose. Information may become outdated. Please contact us about suspected errors. Nothing in these Terms excludes any duty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Third-party links
Links to WhatsApp, external laboratories or other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their services, content, security or privacy practices. Opening an external service is your choice.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SalusV is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general informational content without appropriate professional evaluation. Nothing excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be limited. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes and governing law
We may revise these Terms by publishing a new version with an updated effective date. The laws of England and Wales govern these Website terms, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules applicable to the visitor. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
